Our 18K Gold PVD over stainless steel styles are described as waterproof and sweatproof for everyday wear. Sterling silver and ion-plated styles have different care requirements, so check the product page before wearing those finishes in water.
Are stainless steel styles hypoallergenic?

Will your jewellery leave green marks on skin?

What to expect from dispatch through to returns.
When will my UK order be dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. During bank holidays or busy periods, processing can take up to five days.
Is UK delivery tracked?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is tracked, with a 2 to 3 day delivery guideline. Northern Ireland deliveries typically take 3 to 10 working days. We email your tracking details when your order is on its way.
How long do I have to return an item?
Most eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Some orders may qualify for an extended 30-day window during promotional periods. Returns must be authorised first, and items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Read our Return and Exchange Policy for exclusions and full terms.
Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please provide a tracking number once your parcel has been sent.

How should I care for my 18K Gold PVD pieces?
Gently wipe your jewellery after wearing, store it in a soft pouch to reduce friction, and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces. Different finishes need different care, so check the product page for sterling silver and ion-plated styles.
Can I wear waterproof styles in the shower, gym or ocean?
Selected stainless steel and 18K Gold PVD styles are described as waterproof and sweatproof for everyday wear. After ocean exposure, rinse with fresh water and dry your piece. Sterling silver and ion-plated finishes have different care requirements.
What does the jewellery warranty cover?
Our published policy provides a one-year warranty for tarnishing only. Tarnished items will be replaced at no cost. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, breakage or misuse. Please contact our team for instructions.
